The green preparation of functional surfactants in China has achieved good results
The Ministry of Science and Technology released news on August 25 that China's green preparation and industrialization demonstration of functional surfactants has achieved results.
At present, surfactants with special functions have become the necessary functional loaded organic chemical raw materials to support its scientific and technological progress and industrial development, and the annual demand is large and growing rapidly. Because there is no large-scale production technology and equipment, the special functional auxiliaries in the domestic market, especially functional surfactants, are mainly imported products.
In view of the serious shortage of functional surfactant varieties in China, and the status quo of a large number of functional surfactants required by daily chemical, oil extraction, textile, electronics, ceramics, metal processing, agriculture and other industries dependent on imports, during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the implementation of the "green preparation and industrialization demonstration of functional surfactants" national science and technology support project. The project was organized by the China Light Industry Federation to jointly tackle the key problems of the industry's leading enterprises, transfer institutions and universities. By optimizing the green production process, developing efficient catalysts and equipment and other key technological innovations, the project has completed the efficient and clean preparation technology of functional surfactants, highly efficient concentrated liquid detergents and environmentally friendly leather degrease. For energy, textile, daily chemical, metallurgy, ceramics, electronics, agriculture and other related fields of the national economy to bring obvious cost advantages, to promote the surfactant industry production of energy saving and sustainable development has a demonstration role.
It is reported that in the "13th Five-Year Plan" special plan for scientific and technological innovation in the field of materials, the preparation technology of green efficient surfactants, ecological leather key materials and efficient production technology, plastic lightweight and short process processing and functionalization technology are taken as the development focus, and strive to solve the homogenization and low value of basic material products. Major common problems such as heavy environmental load, low energy efficiency and resource bottleneck constraints, breakthrough in the design and development of basic materials, manufacturing process, process optimization and intelligent green transformation of key technologies and domestic equipment, and carry out advanced production demonstration.
