Product features
Excellent heat resistance, physical and mechanical properties and insulation properties. The thermal deformation temperature is 200 ~ 220℃, and the continuous use temperature is 180 ~ 200℃. It can withstand 150 ~ 160℃ steam, and is not attacked by acid and alkali at high temperature. The modulus is almost unchanged between -100 ° C and 200 ° C, especially when used above 100 ° C, denatability is one of the most excellent thermoplastic resins, especially glass fiber reinforced PES resins are better than some thermosetting resins. The linear expansion coefficient is small. Having the same impact resistance as polycarbonate, the unreinforced resin can be riveted. With self-extinguishing, without adding any flame retardant that has excellent fire resistance. PES is resistant to gasoline, oil, lubricating oil and other oils and freon and other cleaning agents, its solvent cracking resistance is the best among amorphous resins, but the resistance to polar solvents such as acetone and chloroform is not good.

High density polyethylene (HDPE) : diverse properties, easy processing, good rigidity, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking (ESCR) and corrosion resistance. HDPE is widely used in shopping bags, hollow containers, injection caps, blow molding trays, packaging barrels, pipes, wire drawing, cable sheathing and so on.
Low density polyethylene (LDPE) : Resin suitable for various molding processes, mainly used for the production of thin film products. LDPE from China Offshore Shell has low crystal point, high transparency, high impact strength and stable quality, and is preferentially used in food packaging film, protective film and coating. Other applications include flexible packaging film, heavy wrap film, physical and cross-linked foam, injection molding, sheet and cable insulation.
Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin: widely used in the production of various blow molded films and cast films, with low temperature toughness, bending resistance and high transparency characteristics. Compared with LDPE, LLDPE shows better impact and puncture strength and stress cracking resistance. Products include agricultural film, wrap film and multilayer composite film widely used in packaging film and thin film bags, as well as for sheet, cable jacket, toys, bottle caps, drums and other applications. -
